Cancelation and return policy

Returns:

If an order was made with custom options, then no return is allowed. If there is a problem with the item upon receipt by the customer, we will repair or replace the items as deemed necessary by the issue.

If the order was for standard build with no options, then return can be made withing 30 days of receipt providing the item is in brand new re-saleable condition. A 15% return fee will be charged to cover bank and merchant fees, as well as staffing for Customer Service, Accounting, Shipping and Inventory.

No one gets rich in the sword business and cash flow is always tight, refunds for returned items may take up to 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product was damaged by the shipping agent. If the damage occurred during shipment, a claim will be filed and the necessary steps will be taken to repair or replace the item based on the claim made to shipper.

If any damage occurred to the product while in the customers possession, then no return is allowed.

Cancellations

Provided no work has begun on the order, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price, minus a 6% redemption fee, which covers bank and merchant fees. As with returns, refunds may take up to 30 days.

If work has begun then refund will be made after the order is completed and list for sale in our Ready to Ship category. upon sale of the item, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price, minus a 6% redemption fee, which covers bank and merchant fees.

If work has begun and the order is a custom build, then no refund will be provided upon cancellation. This is because any work done that is not within our standard build is not recoverable, resulting in lost labor.

Whenever possible, we try to build all of the same models at the same time regardless of when the order was placed. An order for a model placed 2 months ago will be built at the same time as a order placed 8 months ago when that model enters our build queue. This includes customized versions of these models as well.
